0l99 Safe & Responsible Gaming
0l99 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress or harm. We are always here to keep you protected.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — for many, it is just a way to have fun, much like watching a cricket match or playing slots. But when gaming goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. 0l99 always wants every one of our users to stay informed and enjoy safely.
To open an account on the 0l99 platform and take part in any game or betting service, you must be 21 years of age or older. We strictly prohibit gaming by minors and prioritize identity verification.
Responsible gaming means more than just following the age limit — it includes setting your own budget, respecting time limits, not chasing losses, and seeking help when needed. 0l99 provides various tools to support you in taking these steps.
Our Protective Tools
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to stop gaming, you can use our self-exclusion option to temporarily or permanently deactivate your account for a set period. Once this step is activated, you will not be able to log in.
Deposit Limit
At 0l99, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. This helps you stay within your budget and reduces the risk of financial loss. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. Your account can be paused for any period from 24 hours up to six weeks. No gaming activity will be possible until the break ends.
Spending History Review
You can view your transaction history from your account at any time. Review your spending regularly and keep it in line with your budget. Awareness is the best protection.
24/7 Support Team
The 0l99 support team is ready to assist in Bengali and English via live chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any concerns about gaming, do not hesitate to reach out.
Minor Protection
Age verification is mandatory to become a member at 0l99. We never allow minors to create accounts or use gaming services. If you know of any minor on the platform, please let us know immediately.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, it is time to seek help:
Be alert if you notice these signs
- Repeatedly placing bets to recover losses and going beyond your budget.
- Losing focus on family, friends, or work because of gaming.
- Wanting to stop gaming but being unable to, or gradually spending more time and money.
- Borrowing money or draining savings to fund gaming.
- Lying or hiding the truth about gaming.
- Feeling restless, angry, or anxious when unable to game.
- Gaming to escape stress, depression, or loneliness.
If you recognise any of the above signs, contact the 0l99 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. We will help you take the right steps with full confidentiality.
The Golden Rules of Safe Gaming
- Treat gaming as entertainment, not a source of income. Every bet is an entertainment expense — stop trying to recover losses.
- Set a fixed budget before each session and stay within that limit. When the budget runs out, end the session.
- Never bet with borrowed money or bill payments — only use money you can afford to lose without affecting your household.
- Decide in advance the maximum amount of time you will spend gaming each day and set an alarm.
- Avoid gaming when you are stressed, angry, or sad — it becomes harder to make sound decisions in those moments.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends. Gaming is a small part of life — do not make it your main activity.
- Do not game under the influence of alcohol or medication — it reduces your judgment and increases the risk of serious losses.
- Use 0l99's deposit limit and self-exclusion tools whenever needed — they are built for your protection.
Age Limit & Financial Protection
To participate in any game, sports betting, or casino service at 0l99, you must be 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable rule of our platform. To protect minors, we reserve the right to verify any identity-related information.
If there are younger members in your household, make sure they cannot access your device or account. Keep your password private.
The minimum deposit amount at 0l99 is ৳200 — the same across all methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Start small and stay within your budget.
A minimum of ৳1,000 is required to make a withdrawal. When you win, the amount will reach your mobile banking account within 5 to 30 minutes.

[email protected] — write to us with full details and we will respond promptly.
