Age & Identity

To open and use an account on 0l99, you must be 21 years of age or older. You must provide accurate and truthful information during account registration. If any false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Geographic Restrictions

0l99 provides services targeting the Bangladesh market. Access from any area or region where online gaming is illegal is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country or region.

Grounds for Ineligibility

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Owners of previously banned or closed accounts
• Employees, family members, or representatives of affiliated organizations of 0l99
• Persons intending to open an account for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Persons enrolled in a self-exclusion program

Identity Verification

0l99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals and, in some cases, deposits may be suspended until verification is complete. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 0l99 immediately. Sharing your account credentials with any third party is prohibited.

Updating Information

All information registered on the account must be kept accurate and up to date at all times. If your name, contact details, or payment method changes, update your profile immediately or notify the support team.

Deposit Rules

• Save the transaction ID at the time of deposit
• Use only a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits using third-party accounts are prohibited

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals will be returned only to the original deposit method
• Withdrawals may be suspended without identity verification
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing wagering requirements

Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus on the first deposit at 0l99 is available up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The specified minimum deposit amount must be met to receive the bonus.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳26,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — making the total ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Game Operation

The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the system log data will be considered final.

Betting Restrictions

Bets placed by exploiting technical errors will be considered void. Betting using multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited. Betting in situations involving a conflict of interest is prohibited.

0l99 collects personal information during registration, payment, and platform use. This information is used to improve platform services, verify identity, and fulfill legal obligations.

Closure at User's Request

In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct, 0l99 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance may be confiscated and legal action may be taken.

Limited Platform Liability

0l99 does not bear full liability for any user losses caused by technical issues on the platform, network outages, or disruptions to third-party services. However, we strive to ensure maximum reliability.

User Responsibility

Any financial loss incurred from using the platform is entirely the user's own responsibility. 0l99 does not guarantee any specific income or profit from betting or gaming. All bets and games should be placed with full awareness of the risks involved.

Changes to Terms

0l99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Language Precedence

These Terms are provided in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity in language, 0l99's interpretation will be considered final.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The invalidation of one clause will not affect the other clauses.
